The food was good, but what really made this experience exceptional was Ashley C, who took our order and helped clear our table. Her attitude and all around customer service was above and beyond. Definitely will come back, hopefully will have Ashley as our person again. Michael the manager was also very friendly and kind. I have not had very good experiences with Freddy's recently. Usually their chicken tenders are some of my favorite, but this time they were flat and barely had any meat. The fries had way too much seasoning on them. The time before this we got their ice cream with bananas in it and I think they started using like a banana flavored ice cream or something but there were no bananas in it. It's just been a real let down recently. Food: 2

Can here again and this time I sat in the drive through for 30 mins for one ice cream and one fry. I had already paid is the only reason I waited so long. The kid Aaron working the drive through was laughing at me when I knocked on the window so I ended up driving off. I have let the corporate office know how I was treated by Aaron and this franchise. Shame on you Freddy’s can’t even take my kid for ice cream after school. All 4 of our meals where cold and the fries where like mush. I’ve cream was completely melted.
