I get that it’s fast food so my expectations are NOT high but this place was lacking the bare minimum even. Out of all places, Freddy’s is a dependable place to get a burger quickly but this location was very very dirty. All the trash cans were full and cups and napkins were overflowing onto the floor. Every table and booth was dirty, even the seats, and the bathroom stunk. Ya’ll need a manager in here and if there is already one that was working during those hours, then you need a new one. Staff was friendly but they are not keeping up with the cleanliness of the dining room. Not a very appetizing experience. Food was good but just being honest & leaving some constructive criticism. I give them 5 start because they are doing what they advertise. Just dont go here if you want a good juicy cheeseburger. What they sell is a smashed as thin as posible super dry piece of hamburger meat on a bun. No amount of ketchup could help this card board burger. On another note the onion rings were OK and the sweet tea was perfect. The service was very good. Staff was super friendly and restaurant was very clean. Got a chocolate custard in a cone on the way out and it was very good. Went through the drive thru tonight for a quick, late dinner as I was traveling. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed. I was expecting a decent burger but I got a horrible grease patty that tasted like I was eating straight salt instead. The fries also tasted like I was eating salt and grease sticks. The food wasn’t edible. I ended up throwing everything away. The only thing I thought that was actually yummy was the ice cream I got. But again that was a big mistake. It ended up giving me a massive stomach ache like the ice cream machine hadn’t be cleaned. Please be cautious eating at this location. Unfortunately, I will not be back. Been here many times over the past few years. It’s not fancy but the food is good. The fries are great! The staff is friendly and they always get my order right. The restrooms are clean every time.
