Great tasting burgers, and the fries are a nice touch. Kinda a place that's a bit costly for what you get. I mean, is it good tasting, yes. However, is it worth it, in the end? Finally brought the rest of my family to try the FREDDY'S ORIGINAL DOUBLE COMBO and their delicious frozen custard. I have been here before 3 times with my sons and had a great experience. But on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at about 8:35pm we did not have a good experience. First off, after we ordered the food and I told my wife how delicious their frozen custard was, the cashier said the frozen custard machines were down. I was very upset by this. I really wanted frozen custard. Second problem, the buns on all the burgers were not toasted/baked. This really messed up the overall taste of the burgers. Fries were great. Third problem, the cashier messed up my daughter’s chicken tenders MEAL. He rang it up as just chicken tenders only so I had to go back and order fries. Fourth problem, at 9:15pm my son went to get a refill and was told by the floor associate that the beverage machines were off. My son didn’t believe her so he went to try the beverage machine and, they were off, 45 mins before they close?? On the way out my wife said, “don’t bring me here again the burgers weren’t all that”. My daughters who never came here before also agreed with her while me and my sons were defending the PAST burgers that were delicious and that today’s burgers were bad because they were not toastedbaked. I gave this restaurant 3 stars instead of 1 because I love Freddy’s. Me and my sons will still come back (but never after 7pm). As for my wife and daughters, most likely will never come back.

I tried this place for the first time and was very pleased. The drive thru order taker (Jessica) was very kind and pleasant with taking my order and serving it with a smile! This was our first time trying Freddy’s and it was awful. The restaurant and bathroom were filthy at 1p. The food was disappointing. The grilled chicken had no flavor and nothing on it but enough lettuce for a salad. I received 5 over-fried onion rings with my burger. One garbage was overflowing. Both iced tea containers had no lids - perfect for insects to sample. I will never return to this location and now understand why the parking lot and restaurant was empty. AVOID THIS LOCATION. Very excellent food! My chicken tenders & fries were very good. The price for the food is very expensive though. Management should hire a real cleaning service to clean up their bathrooms. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FOOD and SERVICE!! TODAY'S VISIT DESERVES A MINUS 100 STARS!!!! I even tried to call the manager that's on duty today and he had the nerve to have an attitude with me because I'm telling him how my food is not prepared correctly. I don't understand why these managers want to argue with customers when they're the ones giving us subpar, reheated in the microwave, overcooked, burnt food. What's really ridiculous is I'm not lying about what they gave me so why are you ARGUING with the customer who spent their hard-earned money which is hard to come by nowadays at their establishment. The manager's name was definitely hard to pronounce but he worked today and said he was busy doing paperwork which seemed like I was interrupting him and he didn't want to handle this issue. I will not EVER EVER patronize this business again!! WHAT'S EVEN MORE CRAZY IS that IF THE MANAGER WOULD HAVE TAKEN SOME ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE FOOD THAT WAS HANDED OUT OF THE RESTAURANT AND HUMBLED HIMSELF I WOULD HAVE FELT OKAY WITH HIM TRYING TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. I liked it, just your typical steak burger place. The French fries were crispy and the dipping sauce is great. I got the number 6 double steak burger California style, grilled onions instead of raw with fries and a drink for 8.88 and it filled me up. Still had juet enough room for a mini custard sundae and that was good also.

Stopped in the restaurant tonight . i was overwhelmed with this excellent customer service! Thank you to the exceptional manager on shift at 8:25 pm. A lot of fast food restaurants like (Wendys) should take note how to treat their customers! Definitely will visit back again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Really clean safety minded Employees. I love Freddy's, first off. I'm an understanding person and I know things break from time to time, but to have NO FRIES AT ALL and not even tell me when picking up my order until I mentioned it, dude...someone doesn't know how to manage this store. Literally every other time I come here, something is wrong with my order. Although the food is good, it's disappointing that they drop the ball so much. Get it together guys. As a former Restaurant Manager myself, I know it's not a hard job...tiring, yes, but if you don't care about anything but your paycheck, you're gonna find yourself fired soon. But, obviously that doesn't matter to you. You'll just go somewhere else and not care either. Sad, really. You could do so much better if you just try.
