This place has great food! The chef clearly care about the food he is putting out! I mean just beautiful and delicious! My first time here and the server was great! There were couples there on a first date and people just casually gathering This spot is good for ANY occasion The deserts were second to none! I highly recommend the crème brûlée or for sure the tiramisu!!! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Tiramisu

A nice evening at Fratello’s. Muscles as an app were good and the bread was OK. Nice wine selection. The Spaghetti was very good, hearty and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The Chicken Parmesana was voted a 10+!!!! Our server was absolutely the best! The Lemonchello Crem Brûlée was sooo good! Thanks for the photo op.
Very disappointing first time lunch visit. Our server was terrific but our lunch, not so much. There were six people in the restaurant and it took quite some time to get our lunch, which was OK. Unfortunately both of our sides of pasta was cold and our sandwich/chick parm was barely warm. We asked to get our pasta replaced but since it took some time to get our lunch we stuck with the main dish. Nice flavors, but would have been much better served hot. Our family of 4 walked in on Friday evening and were seated immediately. The staff is super friendly and efficient! The food was incredible! We had chicken parm, spaghetti, angel hair with shrimp and they were happy to swap to a white wine sauce instead of the red sauce listed on the menu. Also had the pasta w scallops special and it was super flavorful and perfectly cooked. Flawless service with our drinks never getting empty. Dessert was also delicious! Cheesecake was generous portion and so creamy and tasted perfect! We are food snobs and this place Impressed us! And all for fair and reasonable price. The atmosphere was pleasant and cozy! Comfortable booth seating. Good energy but not too loud. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Haven't been here in awhile cause the atmosphere was just off and felt unwelcome. My friend convinced me to go back tonight and I'm so glad we did! Deanna was so attentive and amazing. Had us laughing all night and makes a great drink along with great service. The food was fantastic. So glad we gave it another shot. Totally worth it. Can't wait to come back for a date night! The following notes were taken from the moment I walked in to the end of our service. I will not be coming back to this restaurant on account of the bland, burnt, and undesirably plated food. The service was good, but the food inspires only a feeling of a broken promise. 4:30 reservation, showed up 25 minutes early. Parked behind the restaurant, back door was open, glanced in as I walked by, couldn't see much other than three cooks, dirty floor. Nobody at the host stand, took 20 seconds to be noticed and greeted. Got seated wherever we wanted , 4 person party, took a 7 person table. Table had no silverware ready, server brought water instead of asking what drinks we wanted. Arrived at FOH shift change period, server notified us we would not be served by him. Table was wet and another table nearby has crumbs on it. Olive oil and salt shakers were clean. Menus are unlaminated paper in books, stained a bit. Got water (no straws). bread and silverware and plates were promised but have remained undelivered for about 15 minutes. Cold Bread was delivered about a minute later. Server introduced himself, brought bread, stated specials and his opinion on them, asked about drinks. Left for 2 minutes, came back and delivered the silverware and plates, piled up somewhat out of reach. Ordered appetizers, calamari and house pulled mozzarella with roma tomatoes, basil, balsamic reduction with parsley infused olive oil ($13 each). Mozzarella was presented nicely with tomatoes and the balsamic vinegarette and basil. Mozzarella was a bit bland, and overshadowed by the heavy amount of balsamic vinegar. Calamari was not overcooked, but not as crispy as it would be optimally. Waiter came back and refilled drinks, more bread. Explained fire alarm flashing as a systems issue, just switched to a new POS system apparently. Ordered the beet artichoke and red pepper goat cheese ravioli special. Greasy, but well seasoned and flavorful. Waiter took our entree order, manager checked on us. I ordered Veal Piccata and Salmon Milanese with a yellow tomato and spinach risotto. 40 minute ticket time at this point. Finally got straws upon request. Just noticed that the two owners (two men in suits who seem to have no particular job despite taking up space) have occupied two booths with bottles, plastic bins, and other objects. I sent back the Veal Piccata after recognizing the veal was unsalted, covered in capers, and both the pasta and meat tasted only of lemon. The Salmon Milanese was burnt on one side, which was aptly concealed with it's presentation on the risotto. The risotto tasted good, it was well seasoned, not too mushy, but the garlic cream was thin and unsalted. There was a puddle of olive oil on the other side of the plate, oiling up the rest of the dish for no particular reason. Tasting the salmon, the breading tasted burnt, and i flipped over the salmon, revealing the entire other side to be burnt. All in all, the server was hospitable and attentive. The food wait times were long and the food was not particularly great aside from presentation, and even that was bad, as the salmon milanese resembled genitals on its plate.
