all I needed was $7 made from quarters into single dollar bills so I went in and asked the short self check out lady if there was anyone that could do that for me and she told me to go to the change machine and that is fair but when I walked back to the machine and it was closed. I tried to go to the Starbucks but they weren't in need of change so they couldn't do it for me so I had to walk over to the self checkout again and ask for a person to do this for me. I shouldn't have to around the front of the store 3-4 times to get the change I needed to have. she seemed like she didn't even want to help me at all and was rude.

I rarely shop anywhere else other than Food City. I used to work there as a cashier, and I know where most items are located. I can be in and out quickly when necessary or can take my time to search for unfamiliar items. The store is very clean and neat. Food City is my favorite by far!

Good selection and decent prices, clean with a friendly staff. Update Prices and marketing strategies are getting a little out of hand as I hate to read the small print of everything I buy and end up paying alot more than expected and holds up the shopping lines when a price has to be corrected.

The last time me and my mother were shopping here we both went through self-checkout. We both scanned our items individually, paid for them, grabbed our receipt and as we were walking by the red headed self-checkout attendant, she stops my mother and starts to accuse of her of not paying for an item. She told her she most certainly did and shown her the receipt. Which made the attendant stick her foot in her mouth. You should never accuse someone of doing something unless you are 100% certain that it's true. I didn't know anything about this until we were leaving. I didn't appreciate her accusations or attitude.

Always enjoy shopping here. Easy self checkout. Some make it so difficult to use. "Walmart". Dont have to wait on associate to finish your self checkout

I was there this morning and just did a a quick stop and we decided to try a new drink at the Starbucks,, I was trying to figure reading the ingredients from my phone (usually if they are busy I will get something super easy) there were no customer beside my self and employee Jackie B was the barista she was so rude and didn’t look like she wanted to help us Starbucks it’s about taste different flavors and different drinks . Need someone with better customer skills.

No matter where it is, I always love Food City. I love the layout and the huge selections of goods. Buying and selling local is such a great idea. This store is very clean and well organized with helpful , friendly staff. It's very conveniently located at a red light along with it's satellite gas-n-go.

I have asked for a certain product, that has to be ordered by a manager, to be ordered and it's been over two weeks since i asked. I haven't heard anything back. Other than that, the people are very helpful and respectful, responsive when you even look at them! Which is what I like the most. Very friendly people. Store is very clean and the best part is the children's small grocery shopping carts! What a wonderful idea/concept. I wish all food city's would have them . Unfortunately as of 6/14/23, my request wasn't fulfilled, but the people are very caring and helpful!
