Not many quality options in Ixcan but Fonda is far from the worst (1 star hotel). You're going to pay about Q225 for two people to a room. The room we first got wasn't great for what we paid but good for the area, I'd rate it a 2/5. It had a bit of an ant invasion in shower (I'm sure it was bad luck) and we let the front desk know (see pic). We had to sort of push for a room change and the room we got was better than the first but basically the same(see pictures with darker sheets). All rooms come with basic AC which makes a difference since its very humid in Ixcan. The employees seem like good people and when we we're in the restaurant they were helpful and attentive. The food is with a wide variety served all day but isn't super cheap but fair given the convenience and looks close to the pictures which is a really quality looking menu. Q30 to Q70. Id rate the food 3 or 4 out of 5. We later checked prices with Le Fuente Hotel down the street and they seem like good competition based on their pictures and they offer same prices as Fonda. I'd check both out before settling as they are literally a block away. Good luck!

IT WAS AMAZING the food was just as amazing then how it look like and how they served us, and the best part is that they have a pool!

Las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado, televisión con cable, baño privado con agua caliente, camas cómodas, piscina y restaurante. Lamentablemente las habitaciones son húmedas y tienen el olor característico de humedad, además que hay bichos como arañas y cucarachas. El personal fue amable al brindar insecticida y limpiar pero no fue agradable. Pueden mejorar
