Even with only around 6 people in the restaurant when placing our order, it took about 1.5hrs to bring 1 dish each for 2 people - such a terrible wait time. The food itself was very average: the mixed meat platter's steak was overcooked and rubbery, chips were definitely not fresh, and the patty was overly oily. The restaurant itself was very poorly ventilated, they have AC but it wasn't turned on and there weren't any fans either, we were roasting in there while waiting that 1.5hrs for the food. Nothing remotely good or interesting about the decor either.
Tourists, do yourself a favour and just go a little further south to get better food and service.

loved the outdoor dining of this place where you can eat from outside and not inside the place,the food was great, we were 5 of us and 3 of us ordered Pizza and the other 2 had sausage and chips and fish and chips..food took like almost an hour,and when it was ready,the Pizza came first,then the fish and chips,and then it took like 20 minutes for the sausage and chips to come,also the waitress serving us wasn't even coming to check on us to see if we were okay or if we needed anything,we had to follow her to ask for takeaway plates,then again we had to follow her to buy water,and then again we had to follow her to ask for the bill 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ but we enjoyed the food so 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️

The place is okay.... The service is not great.. The food we ordered could have really been better. The chips tasted like they were a day old... The pizza was not the best.. I ordered a Safe Sex Mocktail and I was given diluted Pineapple and tropical Ritebrand cordial with ice.
I may not be visiting this place for a while.
The ambiance, food, and service were really good. It would be nice if the restaurant could at least reduce the waiting time for orders to be ready. We waited for almost 1 hour 30 minutes just for our food to be ready. Also, the burger patties were not properly made. It was like they just fried mince meat and put it in a bun. I had Zambian food, which was the fried fish and nshima. Well, this was delicious compared to my kids' burgers. I would still recommend this restaurant, especially since the staff are so welcoming and the traditional food menu is superb. I had a very nice drink that the waitress recommended! Bravo

So I was convinced by a friend to give this place another try after a boycotting it for 3 years. Pretty much nothing has changed since the last time I walked out. The service is still as atrocious. We waited two hours for our pizza and when it finally came out it was an even bigger disappointment. The base is doughy, the suauce is scarce, flavour is a foreign concept and the cheese is anything but mozzarella. It tastes like an experiment I once made when I tired to make my own mozzarella.
Stay away from this place if you wanna preserve your sanity. They don't even have good wine to numb the pain of their terrible food and bad service
The service is 'TERRIBLE' Honestly... I ordered a simple meat fest pizza and it took almost 2hrs just to get... It was very frustrating honestly...

Service very poor, food, we ordered chicken and mashroom pizza, it had no trace of chicken whatsoever only to be served what i can call cheese pizza..they cldnot serve most of the cocktails on the menu, the waiter kept coming back to give excuses, one of of them being, they had no strolls, no certain mixtures🙄..they served us waterly amarula.. perhaps one star to the atmosphere..
