This a quaint mom and pop store but the portion sizes are crazy small. They only have large and extra large but their large looks more like a small. It's not worth the money. The food is also bland and dry. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!!! I just ordered the curry goat and oxtail combo. The meat was so dry and tough I literally couldn’t eat it. When I called the man to express to him how unsatisfied I was, he was very rude and unprofessional screaming at me on the phone saying I was was lying and that he always makes it tender as if he never can make a mistake. When I asked if I can exchange it for another meat (because we didn’t eat anything other than the 1st bad bite) he hung up on me. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant and I understand why they have such a low rating. The food is usually good but after today I will NEVER order from them again!!! How can you make the customer feel bad for not enjoying their food?? If I was really happy with it why would I lie and complain about the quality of the food? Sides are out of the can food is horrible never will get my business again. Oxtails taste horrible water down food Mac and cheese made from the top of the stove they are cheap and only care about money they care nothing about the customers if there that cheap with the food and how they make it then I'm sure there nasty people also that's why its drive threw only.keep it up with the rude attitude and food the word has spread Flavor will be out of business. My Jerk Chicken was amazing... Don't listen to all of these 1 star reviews people are just soft haha. My car was parked at wawa and I didn't know you couldn't dine in so I walked up to the drive-thru window and the owner understood. He is not your typical "customer service smile all the time phony professional" but I treated him with respect so he treated me with respect as well. I also offered a tip and he did not accept it. I would highly recommend everyone try their food. For all of you telling him to "Just shut the place down already" how would you feel if you tried starting a business and someone did the same? Just don't go back if you don't like it and keep your rude comments to yourself. I work in the area and I'll definitely be going back. 10/10! Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Mac and cheese was the only good thing in my platter The shrimp were small I got 5 the cornbread piece was small the potato salad was sweet and the peach cobbler was too spicy it taste like they put too much nutmeg in it. My boyfriend and I were trying to find soul food places in the area and came across flava. I’m not sure what the other reviews are talking about because the food was absolutely delicious. We both ordered the fried chicken platter with baked Mac and Yams and the portions were just enough and flavorful! The price also isn’t absurd like people were talking about! There are many other restaurants in the area who are charging similar or even higher prices. The owner is super friendly and truly a kind soul! He runs this place all by himself and deserves way more credit! We recommend this place 10/10 times and encourage people to try the island mango drink! It’s amazing. I can't understand some of the negative reviews. I have tried other local Jamaican spots and they are all just not Flava! I have been coming to Flava for a few years and their food is always consistently delicious and flavorful! (Hence the name flava) Not to mention, only $13-$17 a platter. Highly recommend their wings with the homemade spicy sauce, curry goat, and jerk chicken! Their customer service is also phenomonal (always). The woman who takes the orders on the phone doesn't miss, she always gets it right. The man is always pleasant and smiling when we come to pick up and telling us to be safe getting home. The food is always hot and fresh by the time I make it home. 10/10 recommend! Don't listen to these negative reviews.
