Ordered from here and they barely put any toppings or sauce on the burger, extremely bland. Meat was way overcooked. Tried to get it fixed and the guy at the front was totally rude. I've never had such a bad five guys burger. Don't go here. Go to a different one. You'll thank yourself. Every other five guys is great. But this location is a shame to the company. I visited this location on August 21st with my mom and daughter and to say this was an amazing experience is an understatement. My mother had never been to 5 guys and after me telling her about how good the food was, she wanted to try it. not only the food was fresh and delicious, the staff was extremely friendly and professional. Vitalii took my order and was very careful of our Gluten Allergy request. He was friendly and welcoming! Great overall experience! Great job 5 guys and team! I love five guys! It's the best burger around! There are so many fresh choices for toppings! I am gluten free, so I get the lettuce wrapped burger. The toppings are so amazing they drip down my arm and it is worth all 5 napkins it takes me to eat at 5 guys! Fries are so great and fresh too. Enjoyed their Bacon Cheeseburger All The Way style. It had so many toppings, they practically fell off the patties and onto the wrapper, but it truly was a tasty mouthful of perfection. Keep in mind, they typically put two beef patties on their burgers unless you order any of their Little Burgers instead.

Service was very slow and the crew kept disappearing into the back while food was cooking, and on top of that watched the manager walk out of the back room with his gloves on his hands and his phone in his hands as well then directly continued to make the food for the orders without changing his gloves. This is higher end than your average fast food place. You do get a lot of french fries as well, but they are getting a little pricy. $22 for a cheeseburger, regular fries, and a drink is a little high in my opinion.
