Typically five guys is always great, tonight on the other hand not so much. I ordered a little burger at 9:30 online, which is 30 min before they close for pick up and get home and they forgot the patty. Service was also the least welcoming of any five guys I’ve been to. Probably the best burgers we have had. Cooked perfectly and came out super quick. Came out right the first time which is nice because so many places forget something on it or it’s done all the way. Definitely worth every penny. Will be back to this location specifically. Great food and shakes. Cheeseburger, hot dog, regular fries, Cajun fries, and milkshakes were all wonderful. Service was fast and friendly and food is fresh. Do not eat here if you have a peanut allergy as there are open boxes of (free) peanuts around the restaurant. I ordered dinner from a five guys, and there are so many here I got mixed up and ordered from the wrong one. So, I went to the second one, apparently that wasn’t the right one either. It’s been a long day! The next place I went to was so kind and understanding they made my order anyway. The manager was so nice, and this girl appreciated it after coming from out of town to work and just wanted to get back to the hotel and chill. Thank you Five Guys!! Customer for life! 1. Food was awesome 2. Customer service excellent; however keep guy without tooth/rotten teeth away from greeting; appearance may turn appetite 3. Equipment was perfect 4. Excellent restrooms 5. Peanut awareness on door😇 6. Parking lot a lite trashy 7. Got my order wrong, ordered jr. bacon; received double cheese burger. :!okay..yes..it was tasty. 8. I ordered 40 sandwiches for my employees to be ready at a certain time. When I arrived my order was still being prepared. 45 mins later I was still missing 5 sandwiches. The manager was gracious, however the young lady preparing the order seemed angry about having to get my order correct. I was very disappointed and definitely expected more from FIVE GUY'S. Needless to say I won't burden them in them in the future with such a huge order. BTW they also ran out of hot dog buns so they put my hot dogs on hamburger buns. I placed an online order and did not receive all of my order. Called once, was told they didn’t know how to refund me eventually pressed enough to get them to call manager who was supposed to process a refund never heard back. Called again and have been told to wait call back a talk to the same person who couldn’t help me the first time. Way too much work on my part to get money back for their mistake.

My first time eating here I got a double bacon cheeseburger... I wish it was more flavorful it was just ok for me the bacon gave it a little bit of flavor but wasn't enough the fries was hot & fresh my order came out to $17 a bit pricey and that was separate for the burger & fries there is no combo imagine if I would had purchased a drink with it geesh!!
