I have not had five guys in years. I just visited the Framingham location with my daughter and I have to tell you it's one of the best burgers out here. Super messy, super delicious and I would stab a friend for some more of those fries right now. Awesome

I was the entire day without eating and I just stop in this location and plop. My hot dog had hair inside, I tried even to take it out but it was so long that I throw everything in the garbage. Horrible customer service. Calling and ordering ahead does not make a difference, you’ll be ignored while staff are chit chatting when you go in to pickup your food. I do not recommend this establishment. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Worst 5 guys I've ever been to. The staff ignores everyone on purpose like a bunch of goons. Wouldn't be so bad if the food was good but it was garbage. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When my boyfriend and I lost everything due to covid and losing family members, we stopped by this place for help and they were rude to us. Well now we work full time, got our own place and we take our hard earned money elsewhere. We are regulars everywhere else in town. Next time your mean to someone who is already going through a hard time, just remember your one pay check away from it too, and lose the attitude. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food is great. $14 and change is a bit much for a burger and small fry, no drink... staff was great. If you take it to go, its the 2nd best reason to keep paper towels in your vehicle 😂😂😂

Initial visit to this location, just got a peanut butter shake. Was 130pm, but they were still quite busy like they were still in a lunch rush. Took 10 minutes to get my shake. It was good but for $6 I wish it was a little bigger.

We got to experience the apparently just-reopened Framingham store after a week’s renovation (amazing job done) and it was wonderful. My wife and I have been visiting Five Guys for years, from California to Massachusetts (our two home states) and this was probably one of the best meals we’ve ever had. It may be a bit better because of how extra shiny and new everything was, from the lighting wires and HVAC to the window frames, the kitchen, and oh my god, the fryer was so extra clean you could taste the peanut oil sparkling in every bite of the perfectly crispy fries. This is something you notice, especially, when you’ve had fries from a perhaps not newly cleaned fryer: they’ll be a bit limp. These were just excellent. Our cheeseburger was delicious. And the soda machines were just so pretty. Keep those flavors filled, team! That’s the reason corporate went with the freestyles, all that variety. We saw folks training, team building, and keeping their shiny new slate all shiny and new, down to details on chairs and tiles. Thank you for a great lunch! This is hands-down the WORST Five Guys I have ever eaten at. They got my order wrong (gave me regular fries when I ordered cajun and it was on the receipt taped to the bag) and the burger was SO GREASY the bun turned into a soggy wrap. I immediately felt sick after eating there. I do not think the staff are properly trained or understand how to cook a burger or fries the way they should.
