I ordered the club on the sub. After I got to my destination I realized it didn't have bacon on it. I called back to express that there was no bacon on my sandwich. The young lady just said we was a little busy today and our line personnel was overwhelmed. She didn't apologize or try to fix the problem. I just told her to have a nice day... Expensive, loud yelling customers name's, very little meat...on their sandwiches 🥪, and worthless & Expensive potato chip's 😡😤👎, plus...when they finally ring-up my order, they have "the nerve" to (include) a tip!! Staff and manager are awesome! They're always polite, and ready to go above and beyond to make sure food is fresh and correct!! We had 4 orders placed online an hour in advance, the pickup time for 2 got messed up, and went in for an asap pickup. Got to the store, and those two had been sitting for about an hour. Bring your loan officer with you...I mean $32 for 2 sub combos?!? Outrageous...buuut they're good! Haha I guess everything has gone up in price these days. Friendly staff, great food, but pricey. Ordered 3 different sandwiches, 3 separate visits hoping it’ll get better. Sandwiches were not tasty at all, very soggy and lacked flavor. Staff greets you all at once like robots and are not interactive with customers. I hope it gets better for the neighbors sake due to lack of food options but I won’t be returning.

This was my first time having Firehouse Subs in over 10 years. Wow they do not suck anymore. I was shocked how awesome the food was.
