My walk-in experience was very delightful. The staff was great, the food was fresh, the atmosphere was charming. I even participated in their XXXL burger challenge without even realizing there were a challenge, and got my picture up on the wall! In addition to my walk-in experience, ordering through DoorDash has been great as well. However, historically, my only complaint has been the difficulty in reaching the staff via the phone. This place has really gone downhill over the past 4 years I’ve been going. The place is filthy. There wasn’t a single clean table in the entire place and there was only one other couple in the restaurant. Stuff is so caked on services that I bet some things haven’t been cleaned in weeks or even months. After we got our food the two employees were just sitting at a table together talking and looking at a cellphone. They should have been cleaning the tables and seating. The restrooms were also filthy. It was 2pm in the afternoon so there wasn’t any rush of people. Just us and another couple. This place needs a major update and staff that cares to clean the place. Makes me cringe thinking they probably treat the kitchen the same way and our food was probably prepared on a dirty service. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you don’t care about eating in filth. And walking out spending over $50 for just two burger combos is ridiculous. Never been to a Fatburger, saw a couple of YT videos highly recommending it, so I thought I'd check one out. Right of the bat, the condition of the restaurant was subpar, and the staff was detached and unenthused. What was supposed to be 1950s chic winds up looking like an actual diner from the 50s decades after its heyday. Uncapped, crusted over hot sauce bottles, unswept dining tables, and a rolled up, kicked over mat by the soda fountain. I was the only dine-in guest and I can see why. I was there approx 45 minutes, and every order that came in was DoorDash. The Food -- Soda fountain was the best. Individual drinks, as opposed to "one spout to rule them all." Pepsi products. Fat Fries: Incredibly bland. Dine-in guests have access to salt & pepper, which brought up the taste profile. Huge, pillowy steak fries must always be seasoned. If I were eating in my car, I'd not be too happy. Large Fat Burger: Single, 1/2lb patty. I added cheese and bacon. I'm going to have to give the edge to 5 Guys on this one. The size and seasoning of the patty was impressive, as were the condiments, but the char is not in the same class. If 5 Guys is a 5, Fatburger is a 3.9. This meal cost $22 bucks. The hostess (if you could call her that) pointed at the tip prompt twice. I wish this wasn't a fast food place, because if I had the ability to pay at the end, my tip would've been about how a broom and a mop work. Overall, my enjoyment of the meal came at the expense of the location's atmosphere and service. Maybe it's different at other locations. But a poor customer experience really kills the appetite. Not impressed. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

My father's favorite burger in Redmond. Took a friend for their first visit and we enjoyed our sandwiches. They were popping hot and the buns were toasted and fresh. I had a ⅓lb with fried egg and onions and my friend had a cheeseburger. I decided against the $5 fries. I debated giving the restaurant 3 instead of 4 because, although our burgers were good, my friend's cheeseburger arrived without cheese and they weren't offered a fix, plus the restaurant itself is dated and would benefit from a refresh. But, COVID gives any restaurant the benefit of the doubt...

Not exactly sure what they're so proud of the burger didn't have any seasoning in the patty just plain ol beef patty. Yes it was large as expected but that's about it. Fries were nice and hot, again no seasoning, no salt what so ever. For the price I paid I'd advise anyone to go elsewhere. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Review for Fatburger location off Redmond Way. One of my favorite places to get a nice big thick juicy hamburger. Absolutely delicious, just like an old fashioned drive-thru restaurant hamburger should be. You can get skinny fries or fat fries, I think fat fries are best, they seem to have more flavor, like steak fries. They have a seasoning that you can shake on everything and it just makes it taste that much better. Old fashioned, Diner type restaurant inside, with lots of old nostalgic pictures on the wall. Great, casual relaxing atmosphere. I can't speak to all the food they have, as I usually just get a burger and fries, but it all looks good. I believe this location now has chicken wings as well. The prices are slightly higher, but when you see the size of the burger you get and the quality, it is well worth it for a treat.

Nice atmosphere that has kind of 'Classic local burger' look to it that I think comes from the 60's or 70's. Good overall, onion rings great, food well cooked, maybe a little sloppy, but I expected since I got it with all the toppings except relish. Beef was bland/unseasoned but the burger was still pretty good. Advice to the chefs/owners. Add (more)seasoning to the beef. Pretty plain and bland didn't taste like it had much or any at all. Relying too heavily on the toppings to fill in the flavor when you could easily add in cayenne pepper, onion powder, paprika, add even a mild kick to it, do something, or if you've already been doing something you clearly need to be more liberal with it. Staff was good order was cooked fresh bit on the pricey side for burgers. Food was not bad but not worth the high price and fries lacked any real flavor and had no salt at all. The burgers were perfect and can be made exactly how you want and there are a ton of add on items like egg, bacon, etc. We had fries and onion rings that were perfectly prepared. The variety of milkshakes was pretty good and the banana I tried was sublime. Just a tad pricey but that's because of the quality I would suspect.
