breakfast sandwich and subs are both super solid and consistent as i've had them a bunch of times now. clean inside. staff is friendly. hours are good. quick turnaround on orders. solid sizes/portions. appropriate prices. really pretty hard to argue with it.

Didn’t know where to eat… Came here, BEST CHICKEN CUTLET SANDWICH EVER!! I like mine with mayo jalapeños and American… was the bomb nice crispy chicken, very moist, soft roll… we will deff be back!!

🥇I’ve gone there more than once, twice,three times. Let me tell you I’ve had the Chicken Cutlet on a roll more than once, and for some strange reason one chicken cutlet sandwiche is Waaaaayyyyyy better Then the chicken Spot that is up the street 🤫 don’t bust your head don’t go crazy I’m just letting you know Fat Cat Deli is the place to be for Lunch! Waaaaiiiiitttt I forgot the Staff is SUPER NICE and Make great Food.. let me stop talking and you guys should just stop by and find out for yourself!!🥳🫶🏻✌️

A+ breakfast sandwich. Fluffy roll, 2 eggs, perfect bacon, and definitely do yourself a favor and add a hash brown. Can’t wait to come back to try other sandwiches. Staff was so nice!
