I get gas there the cheapest gas in town on the guys are nice the girls nice on in this very clean in there very clean bathrooms they got a variety of sodas beer whatever you guys drink prefer so milk coffee hot chocolate and they have food there so if you go during the day watch out Monday through Friday cuz kids going there but to eat but I think them and thank you very much

Great customer service. I was slightly frustrated, (but not mad) when rung up for the price so I decided not to get the items. Went out to pump gas and the manager (I imagine that was who he was) came out and made it right and was very pleasant to deal with.

Early morning guy has BAAAAD ATTITUDE!!
Asked if I was using debit or credit then had attitude when I said credit because they're charging .35 to use debit.
Then when I asked for a bag for my $12 purchase he tells me its .20 for a bag!!
The rest of the world charges .10 but he wants .20¢.
I pass through Gridley Ca 3 times a week, I'll definitely be passing FastTrip for 7-eleven!!

They usually have the best fuel prices in gridley but very poor placement of their diesel pumps. Its like squeezed in the middle of 2 gas pumps so if you get disel you either get blocked in bumper to bumper, or people who want to pump gas cant reach and get all mad at us for parking in the middle making 2 gas pumps unavailable with our large truck. Not our fault they designed it that way.

Been coming here for 25+ years. I recently ran into a new employee named Alice. I hope the owners see this. I'm going to be taking my business to 7 -11 and Arco ust because of her. 25 years down the drain all because of a terrible attitude. She could have been nice about the fact she didn't want to use my wife's card even though we have the same last name when I gave her my ID. But even when I said I'll use debit she still had an attitude. Not right at all. Walking out the door when I said I'll be sure to let her bosses know what's going on she responded with ILL LET THEM KNOW ABOUT YOU TOO. That's the worst customer service I have had in a while.
Edit Update: Alice still works here and she's still extremely rude. Please to all locals like myself, avoid this place until they train their employees properly, they've done it before for one of the gentleman working their who used to be rude and is now nice.

I like coming here. Have been for quite some time. Employees always seem very nice! Great CIG prices. I love that they accept CIG coupons! And if you buy 2 packs or more you get a discount👍🏽👍🏽...I live in Gridley and will return! I recommend this store!!

I was going to use a disel pump and realized that I need a gas pump so I cancelled the transaction and went to a gas pump. The desiel pump kept all the money I had and it is now locked under a 'pending"status now I can't eat or go to my job. Fix this and compensate me handsomely and hurry in hungry

Jake at Fastrip in Gridley was working an early morning shift I came in and run to get my things that I needed approach the cash register he was quick to offer me a mask and I wanted to write a review in regards to his lasting impression and his sincere genuine nature really put a smile on my face and made me grateful for all the people in the United States that are doing their part in being of service and just trying to be here for one another thank you Jake you’re awesome.Thank you so much
