Placed an order through the drive thru for my wife and daughter and I but when we came up to the window we were handed the incorrect order. I told the young lady at the window and she called over someone who claimed to be the manager. I told him that we received the wrong order and he accused me of having driven off after ordering and coming back to get the order. I was totally confused and told him this was the first time coming up to the window. He continued to insist that we were at fault for having received the wrong order. After going back and forth he finally yells out "so what do you want to do, do you want your order" . I tell him no, just give me a refund for the incorrect order I had already paid for. He hands me the bills and throws the change at me. This is ridiculous coming from someone claiming to be a manager. Easily the worst service I've experienced at any restaurant. Update: The owner contacted me regarding this incident and he made things right. I appreciate his professionalism and dedication to customer service. Not thrilled to know the young man who threw change at me would still be working there but the owner said he would not be managing until he completed training. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The place is pretty good, but the service could use a bit of improvement, especially when it comes to food quality. On a few occasions, I've been served burgers that were burnt, and there were a couple of times when items were missing from my order. Nothing major to blow out of proportion, but definitely a bit annoying, to say the least.
