The fish is very delicious and fresh, the restaurant is friendly, especially the Austrian people are very enthusiastic, guiding you to places to visit. The food is cheap but difficult because it's far away, don't worry after eating. There will be staff to pick you up by motorbike to the hotel. Got introduced by the family member Gerard from Austria.Had dragon beans with shrimp,they aren’t usually on menus,they were grown in garden here.I would like to recommend this place as it’s a bit out of the way of the other places. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Two stars for the friendly old Austrian guy but the food was bad. Ordered chicken in coconut milk and got chicken swimming in an orange oil (maybe coconut or palm but inedible). Rice was tasteless and old. Perhaps other dishes are better. The place is quite large and a bit bleak when no one is there Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Gerard & his family are very welcoming. Food was very tasty, fresh & well cooked. Nothing fancy, just good home cooked meals at very reasonable prices for the area. It’s about 2km out of town, but don’t worry they will give you a ride back to town on scooters. Very fresh, tasty and well spiced food! Small place so you will have to wait a bit for your order but it's a price you have to pay for fresh ingredients. A cozy restaurant a little bit far from center. The Austrian host was very supportive and cheerful. He kindly gave me a map of Phu Quoc and recommended me a lot of places to visit. He also arranged a tour for me and I enjoyed it. Their Vegetarian Fresh Spring Roll was very good and I loved it very much. I want to come back for the Spring Roll.
