This place is amazing. 15 pesos for a cup.of perk coffee. always open at 6am. perfect for your first morning cup & sit on the malecon with sunrise. The owner is efficient & pleasant. No frills coffee. This is where the taxistas go. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
The coffee beans are excellent! I get a 50/50 blend and make pour over. I bring 5 kilos back to the states every time I’m in La Paz. Love this coffee!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is one of my favorite local coffee roasters in all of Baja California. Not really a sit down cafe, but a great spot to stock up on fresh roasted beans, with or without added sugar. Good quality coffee beans, a more mellow flavor, with subtle hints of chocolate and caramel.

Actually, the beans sold here are quite bland. I know--that's a shocking thing to say. But having drank, made cold brew at home, enjoyed lattes, and frequented coffeehouses around the world--for about 45 years!--this spot turned out to be QUITE disappointing. 'Bought beans just yesterday (late March, 2021) and made cold brew overnight. This morning?!?! Bleh. The first tip you get that something might be amiss is that the coffee you buy is bagged in a clear, plastic bag--and then stapled shut. Soooooo, those 432 admonishments you've heard over the years--about keeping your beans in airtight containers and out of the sunlight--fly right out the window. One wonders then, how MUCH they actually KNOW about coffee. That's my take. But what do I know?!?! (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Portland, Seattle, Missoula, Barcelona, Bilbao, Mexico City, Guanajuato, Oaxaca, Morelia, La Paz, Arequipa, Cajamarca, Huamachuco, Zorritos, Mancora, Santiago, Puerto Montt, and Castro.)
Really good, freshly roasted coffee for an amazing price. $145 pesos per kilo.
