The Evolushi sushi restaurant might have a bit of a weird name, but it's an excellent place for a reasonably priced quick bite. The lunch options are varied and satisfying. Recommended! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We ate pokebowls. One beef, one tempura, one salmon and chicken. In my opinion the beef and chicken were the best. There was free lemon water and soup. The food we ordered arrived very quickly and it was tasty. On the photo you can see the beef bowl. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person kr 100–200

Just had some amazing tempura sushi from Evolushi. Presentation and taste is amazing. So glad to finally have a sushi spot near home. Definitely worth the trip to eat here.

Excellent sushi, with a modern touch to it. They didn’t hold together super well, but they tasted fantastic and the presentation was absolutely gorgeous! My pictures are not giving it quite justice because of the lighting, but the sushi looked really good and were served on really beautiful plates with ginger, wakame, onions, green beans and wasabi.
