Food was great, excellent seasoning on everything we ordered. Spice levels were on the tame side compared to similar restaurants I've tried, so if you want spicy, make sure to order hot or more! This restaurant is outstanding in every area. First, the food is as good as it is in Boston and New York, I know, I lived there. I have tried several dishes and it is as authentic as it gets. The menu has a lot to offer. Service is outstanding and atmosphere is warm and inviting. I was impressed by the cleanliness also. I am totally addicted. If you love Indian food or even just ethnic food, give them a try, you will not be disappointed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What an absolutely amazing new addition to the Firestone community - we are BIG fans after just one visit! Service was impeccable, our server was lovely and chef came out to check on us as well - the food is AMAZING. Spices and flavors were perfect, we had the lamb currie and lamb masala and both were to die for. Highly recommend visiting and supporting local, this is such a wonderful upgrade from the previous “Maya” and would love to see this place flourish!! I didn't know about this restaurant until a friend of mine suggested we meet there for lunch. This restaurant is new (it used to be a Mexican restaurant). I enjoyed everything this place had to offer. The service was extremely friendly, fast and attentive. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. Food: I found it to be authentic Indian. They also had Nepalese dishes but didn't try them at this visit. One treasure I discovered was 'Meat Samosa'. Many Indian restaurants offer Samosa but they've always been vegetarian. It was refreshing to enjoy this (wonderful fried treat) samosa stuffed with meat! My friend and I had Tandoori Chicken and Tandoori Fish. Wow! I was truly impressed with the taste as well as the presentation! It comes to your table on a sizzling cast-iron platter! Definitely a creative 'spin' on an ordinary Tandoori dish! Their Naan was absolutely fantastic as well! Only constructive feedback would be on the Chicken Biryani (was sparse on chicken). Nevertheless it was tasty and good. It is hard to find good authentic Nepalese and Indian cuisine in Longmont/Firestone area (besides Gurkha's and Durba's). This place has potential and I consider it a great find -- thanks to my friend who suggested us meeting here! I liked the experience so much that the following day,, i brought my family here to experience this restaurant! You must try this place. I don't think you'll regret your decision. I have eaten from here 3 times now and ordered something different each time, and every time was so good I felt compelled to write a review. They're not messing around with flavor or spice, if you ask for spicy it is SPICY 🔥 So full of flavor and very vegetarian friendly. So happy to have a place like this right in town that's not watered down, generic Americanized food. Love it 💜 And they have a great loyalty program as well. I can’t believe I’ve lived in firestone for years and never tried this place! First time I’ve had it and had takeout. Any restaurant food can be tough Togo as the portions seems smaller but not here! I was pleasantly surprised by how much food I got along with rice and sauce for my samosas. I got the chicken tikka masala, meat samosas, and garlic nan. It was delicious and now I don’t have to drive far for my Indian food cravings! When I went to pick it up they were friendly and they even gave me a free side of rice pudding which was AMAZING. Didn’t get a chance to take a pic of the masala as I ate it way too fast. Will be back!! Wow! The food was absolutely amazing! We couldn’t eat it all and it made amazing leftovers. Great flavor, spices, and texture. We will be back and recommending to friends and family. My wife and I ate at Everest Maya restaurant in Firestone tonight for dinner. We each had a vegetarian dish and an order of naan. The food was super delicious. The waiter was also very attentive and we enjoyed the restaurant atmosphere. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place was delicious. My 6 year old ate the Naan, Tikka chicken Masala and rice. The Vindaloo was awesome and we finished with the mango ice cream.
