Espresso horse is a chain of shops offering pretty good coffee. They are really situated all over cities in Sweden and Norway. I dropped in because it wanted to find out how their Christmas latte is this year. It was served with a solid topping of cream and vanilla
Shocking behavior by the personnel. They called security on a young mother with a crying 2-year old. Apparently, her card did not work and they did not let her go up first to serve her kid and THEN pay when the kid had calmed down. Avoid and spend your money somewhere else! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
This branch is always understaffed, which causes delays and lines and also affects cleanliness upstairs. I felt the quality of the coffee was better at other espresso house locations. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person kr 1–100 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
One of the convenient locations in Göteborg, which is close to the south entrance of Nordstan. There are many seats upstairs and the bathroom. I like the decor upstairs and you can look down the hallway of Nordstan from the upstairs windows. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person kr 100–200

Racist service staff My mom (of Chinese descent) visited here two Sundays ago. She ordered a croissant (overpriced btw), and the woman behind the counter gave her one from the "bottom" row, of which none looked as nice as the croissants on the "top" row; to add to that, where was water on the plate when my mom got her order, which made the croissant soggy and unappetizing. My mom went back to exchange her soggy croissant for something else, and the woman told her that "it isn't possible to change to something else" and that my mom could get a new croissant. Mom opted in for a new croissant, and once again, the woman served her one from the "bottom row". Mom didn't want to be a bother since there were a lot of other customers, so she quietly went to her table with the new croissant. But as she started to eat, she noticed this time that the bottom of the croissant was raw! As she went back to the counter to return this second inedible croissant, she service woman changed from "it isn't possible to change to something else" to "well what else do you want instead?" My mom, still not wanting to keep the line of customers from waiting, simply exchanged for a cinnamon bun. As she was leaving, she saw a Swedish couple next to her was being served croissants from the "top row", on dry plates. She can't help but feel discriminated against, due to her ethnicity. She will not come back to this establishment. Service Dine in
I was in shock they don’t have Starbucks in Sweden But this pace is kind of equivalent to Starbucks and prices are almost the same
Great upstairs sitting area. Normal Espresso House coffee
47 sek for a cappuccino is expensive but with a cup this size it becomes robbery!!!!

I like the vibe and the choice of drinks there. Sometimes it's hard to find a table that's clean, but oh well, that's the price you pay for a decent and modern coffee place in the center of the town.
