We were rushed so we took away a cup of coffee latte. The coffee was spoiled, astringent and creamy, like the milk has expired for a very long time or the coffee was blend in with some detergent. This is the worst and most disgusting experience ever, wonder why the quality control of such big chain shop can be so awful, won’t visit this shop again. Extremely not recommended. Regular espresso house with very cozy design and warm coffee with a cake! Perfect place to wait for your train or take a box "to go".

Their monthly deal of semi-unlimited coffee is great value for money and a pleasant reoccurring surprise every morning.

I had bought some chips for the trip from Stockholm to Linköpings and forgot to eat them. So I opened the bag at the Espresso House Nygatan 25. and was told in a rather rude way: "No eating of Chips here". The same results could have been achieved with courtesy & civility without alerting the whole place specially for a first time visitor in Linköping! I must admit that the service was very good for such a busy place.

Standard overpriced drinks as all Espresso house coffee places in the chain. Standard black coffee is okey but nothing special. Staff are nice and quick to help. No bathroom inside the cafe, though there are public ones in the station waiting area next to the cafe. At least there are available power outlets near most seats to charge phones or laptops if you need to while waiting for your train or bus.

Best place to wait in Linköping centralstation. Lovely staff. Good food and coffee. Just a lovely place to wait for your train with good aesthetics and comfy seats. Spent over an hour reading in here and absolutely loved it.

The staff needs to learn some people skills. Could have been a positive visit but not this time. Discs almost thrown at us. This staff should not be in the business of serving people. Can not use money here, only cards.
