I really like the environment in espresso house. This one is often cramped though, but the staff was really unfriendly this time. I ordered a frappe and the girls were saying "oh not again" "hahah this time it is your turn" to each other. Felt like I was in the way and did not fint it very pleasant at all.

Very kind personnel. Multilingual and supportive. They also did follow Corona pandemic protocols in order to make the premises safe against #COVID19. I recommend this place as a safe and warm environment to spend a quiet quality time. Thanks 👍

Probably the best coffee in town. Newly opened in mid center. Crowded from time to time but good opening hours to be in Falun.
