Banh mi sandwiches are the best I’ve had anywhere in Lincoln. We tried the grilled beef in betel leaf, pork, and combination. They were all so good and each had a unique flavor. The bread was just amazing!!!! I can’t say enough good things about the sandwiches.
We also tried a few pastries including the strawberry custard puffed pastry, the cream puffs and biscotti. Delicious!
Customer service was also top notch. Kind and friendly.
This will be my banh mi go-to spot for sure!!

I’ve been waiting for a bakery like Emma Bakes in Lincoln and it’s exactly what I hoped for!
Excellent, fresh, tasty goods with great flavor. Items are already packaged, and displayed nicely in the self serve case. I was recommended the tuna bun, it is like “sandwich” with an rich flaky croissant like bun, also picked up a bbq pork pizza and pork floss bun. The pizza was my favorite - So good!
The prices seemed fair to me, especially because everything was so fresh.
Definitely worth a stop.

I went here after a trip to Paris trying to find a decent pastry because I was sad. I’m here to tell you I’m no longer sad. Incredible. This is as good as croissants and pastries get. Please go here and buy things because I need this to stay open.
