We just arrived in Merida late evening, and we're hungry. We all enjoyed our food, it was a fantastic start to our visit.

Food was average but at the end the waiter aggressively said “you have to tip” and literally stood over my partner and watched him take a 10% tip out of his wallet. We usually tip for good service, however the service was poor and the group of waiters just stood around talking to eachother instead of attending to customers. It was so rude and confrontational. Tipping is optional, not compulsory, and if the service is bad please be aware you will not be tipped

Went here two days in a row. Not only were the tacos amazing and nicely seasoned, the waiters were an absolute delight and by far the best i had encountered on my trip. (Eleazar was his name)

It is a nice place, is inside the Altabrisa Mall. They have good service. I tried the Lime water and has a very good taste. The day we went they have 2x1 the Tortilla soup and the Cazuela de Queso and it was good for appetizer. We tried the nachos with Pastor and it was good.
