I stopped in for a lite dinner and got a wing meal with rice & Cole slaw. It fresh hot and the time was 6:30 pm. I would recommend the wing meal it lite and over feeling and cost was $6-7.00. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Friday night 9/23/23, we ordered the 8 piece family meal, thighs, and drumsticks. Our sides were beans, rice, and coleslaw. The price is high at $24.00 before taxes. However, for the first time in a very long time, the food was actually good. It tasted fresh and it was hot. So for this trip they receive👍🏼👍🏼ups. I ordered a chicken tostada. The cashier was super friendly, and was able to help me out she went above and beyond and the food was super fresh and delicious. Even though it was busy they still manage to get my order on a timely manner. This El Pollo Loco is the newest of this franchise in the area. It's a welcomed addition to the area. The service is swift and efficient. The staff are professional and courteous. And the food is served fresh and hot. I feel that I will find myself stopping by here very often in the future.

Everytime I come here, something from my order gets messed up. From the food being wrong to the drink being wrong or forgetting the chips/tortillas. I got an original pollo bowl, the bowl was half filled with just rice, no beans and 3 small pieces of chicken. It's always something everytime I come here

I normally come to this location most of the time and it has always been ok. However, today, I received the worst service ever. I ordered a 4 piece meal with half a chicken and the chicken was RAW. There was red raw chicken blood on the chicken! It was disgusting! I drove back to this location and show them the chicken and all they did was looked at it, took the raw chicken away, and have me a new set of smaller pieces chicken. (Not the same size that I had recevied.) There was no apology. The guy that gave me the "new" set of chicken asked me if the new set of chicken pieces looks fine and that was it. He rolled his eyes and just pa ked up the new set and gave it to me and walked away. This was the most horrible service I ever had! Never going back to that location again. I will NEVER go back to this location. I ordered a 2 pc breast and wing meal with a double order of pinto beans. Well, they gave me 2 thighs and a drumstick. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST LOCATION OF ALL. THE CHICKEN IS COMPLETELY DRIED OUT. THE SKIN IS SO HARD YOU MUST THROW IT AWAY. IT IS OVER COOKED. YOU NEED TO CLOSE THIS LOCATION UNTIL YOU GET A NEW CHEF. WE WENT ON 4 DIFFERENT DAYS WITH THE SAME RESULTS. IT IS DEPLORABLE!!!!
