We read some reviews and heard the great raves about it.... it wasn't busy there about noon we were there. Nice clean place friendly services. I couldn't do any more stars as the food we had was just ok. Not bad, not great.

Caesar and his wife offer some of the finest cuisine in the Baja. The chili rellenos are my favorite, muy bien.
