Let's start with the service it was not good very slow and one person left because he waited so long of a wait. Our wait time was long. My wife's food was cold and my food was hot but the rice was cold. I won't be back, it's pricey and they have a surcharge for Credit card but not for Debit cards. The food has flavor and is really good when they get it right. We've ordered twice and they messed up BOTH times after 3 dang trips. Lmao you ever see a meatless steak taco or how about a meatless steak torta?!? Today was the last straw and back to El Pob we go even if their prices went up. We literally went back to fix the steak tacos and my checks in the parking lot and there was no meat, checked the torta NO meat. They constantly forget things, you go back and they mess up again.
