The only reason I gave this locationb3 stars is it was closed. I believe the owner might not be with us or is unable to continue. We really wanted to meet her and try her well known food. We are very sorry we missed her.

This is a place to get to know puertorrican roots a bit better. Doña Lula is an amazing lady and her family is very welcoming as well. The food is delicious. Every dish feels closer to home than the one before.

This place is a hidden GEM💎 if you wanna know about historic flavorful dishes of the (AFRICAN-PUERTORICAN) this the staple THE REAL DEAL food I guaranteed you this place. It It is A Super Humble place nothing fancy for those who are looking for modernized but to me it is a Super Fancy because it is sticked TRUE TO ITS ROOTS no doubt about that back into what it has always been-use to to be-and what still holds in being it's true identity in ambient, service but most important of all the (AFRICAN-PUERTORICAN) FOOD no regrets I tell you, you'll get hooked.👌🏽👍🏽💯

Excellent little place to eat. Very cozy. Owner/cook comes to say hi. Feels like grandma is cooking for us. Made us feel right at home. Would highly recommend, especially if you like local classic Puerto Rican food.

Food was good. Had to wait for food to be cooked which is awesome as it is fresh. Place is a shed with no seats and have to wait in the car. Place is not on the main road. It is thru a neighborhood street. Service Take out Meal type Lunch
