Wanted to try a new Mexican joint for some tacos. Saw the current menu, says $2.65 per taco. Ordered 2x chicken tacos, expected to pay around $6-$7 total. Total came to almost $10 for 2 tacos. Very misleading and outrageous for 2 tacos and no sides. Ridiculous. Will not be returning. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The two veggie tacos I got were great! One of the was supposed to have chorizo but I substituted for avocado- yay for being vegan friendly! We had chimichanga with carne asada and tacos with steak, barbacoa and shrimp. Chimichanga and the fixings near it all tasted very fresh and tasty. Same thing with the tacos as well. If you go on Tuesdays, they have special pricing for Taco Tuesday. Seems like a family run place. Nice and friendly neighborhood feel. A very convenient location also by highway 59 and 135th. Always enough parking available so that should not be a problem. The food is very good I like to support local businesses specially small restaurants, but the only reason I give four stars is because when I placed my order over the phone, the person who took the order seemed like she didn’t really care. The person didn’t seem to care when I picked up the order, either. I wish the staff was more kind and more enthusiastic about their jobs. Other than that, the food is really good. Food and drinks were excellent. We had a group of people on Halloween come in and we were served quickly. Everyone really enjoyed their food. I ordered 3 tacos and the rice and finished it all! Chips and salsa were tasty too. Nice sized portions of everything. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend this place!
