“ Best burritos in United States”
And he was not wrong. We devoured the Carne Guisada and Piccadillo burritos. Don’t judge the “ book by the cover”, this little place is perfect for refueling to or from Lubbock or wherever the road may take you as you pass through Post,TX

First time customer. The one man operation made the burritos on the spot fresh, well worth the wait. He was working so hard and moving around to get my order done. Burritos are excellent. I ordered a egg, bacon, potato and cheese burrito. It was so good.. Also ordered two carne guisada burritos which were equally as delicious. Bring cash because he only takes cash. Will be definitely visiting again.
Big burritos, good hot sauce, good menu selection, owner operated = great service. VERY REASONABLE Price wise, I Eat here 2 or 3 a week (for breakfast or lunch) never disappointed!!

This is a drive-thru so you have to take your food to go. Each of us had one of the burritos on the menu and both were very good I had the egg and bacon and my husband had the beans and cheese which turned out to be beans and eggs but it was good. Burritos are stuffed and tasty. Service was quick. Price was great.
Dear Guy with a Cheating Ex Wife,
While road tripping through the Big Empty, we stumbled upon Post, TX as a layover point. Upon your glowing review, we decided to try Aguascalientes for breakfast. We got to the window and asked the gentleman what his best breakfast item was. He casually and confidently answered "everything". He wasn't wrong. We tried the chorizo & egg (with beans and cheese), the potato & egg (con beans and cheese), and a Barbacoa with cilantro and onions. We pulled over into a fuel station parking lot to devour the tacos grandes (burritos) like a pair of hyenas.. I don't need to tell you how delicious they were, but I can tell you that you were right. After scarfing down these life altering burritos from Aguascalientes, we also do not miss your cheating wife, your kids, or your Honda. These burritos were better than all three. Thank you sir for the heads up about the tiny burrito house in Post, TX, and God Bless the Patron Saint of Texas Breakfast Tacos who owns Aguascalientes.
