We walked here from local accommodations and enjoyed the pizza, tomato sauce was excellent, fresh cut French fries and local atmosphere. The bar tender/waiter Alejandro was very nice and patient with our broken Portuguese, he also spoke some English which helped. It’s a favorite place for locals to get food, drink and socialize. Food was absolutely perfect, the service was quick and very friendly. We sat outside with an amazing view. Best chicken and fries i have ever tasted. The Shrimps were perfect too. Only thing (regarding to my girlfriend) was that the womens restroom wasnt the cleanest. Portion size was more than enough, but I would have still eaten the same again right away if my misses allowed me to. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We stopped in for lunch while touring this part of the island, we enjoyed our meal and service. We ordered a medium "New York" pizza to share and I also had a cappuccino, both were great!!! Prices were reasonable, service was quick and our Server was able to communicate basic English with us, which we appreciated. I recommend stopping in!!! This will exceed every expectation you have. The food was all incredible and the service was even better, the guy running the show went above and beyond to explain everything with a big smile all the time. 10/10 We ordered Francesinha and chicken salad. The local beer amazing too! An absolute MUST when you visit Sao Miguel!! There is also a small parking lot which it makes it easier to park! Update: we went back the following day and ate another Francesinha and we got a surprise and were treated to some house made ciabatta that was phenomenal! Thank you again Leandro! Friendly service; tasty food; reasonable prices and a variety of items for dessert in a large restaurant with cushion seating. Leandro provides AMAZNG service in a welcoming and hospitable manner. The food was wonderful and with traditional options which were AMAZING. Price was reasonable for the quality on offer.
