Love the building, the atmosphere was great. My bf loved the burger and hes picky so it must have been really good. I had the nashville hot chicken and it wasn't hot at all. It was barely spicy. A little bit fancier than I expected. Some of the food kind of fits the environment but others are not. Service was pretty solid. Live music was a nice surprise; single guy with a guitar. I don’t think I’d come back, but mostly because I feel like they’re trying too hard to be fancier than they are. Folks working here are very friendly, so if the menu intrigues you, give it a whirl. Love this place. I now live out of town. However, I always come here with my bestie for wine, dinner, and dessert. Food is always on point. This time, I ordered the seared scallops. They were good. I was not a fan of the sweet potatoes. They were a bit crunchy for me. Maybe 2 or 3 more minutes in the pan and perfect. I always order the red wine flight. More bang for my buck and get to taste all the goodness. Service is always fantastic. I would recommend reservations as well. Saturday is typically busy. Orders were: Truffle fries appetizer ( we ate some lol), Seared Scallops, Javelina Chicken and a Half baked chocolate chip cookie with the best salted caramel ice cream. FABALOUS. We came in for an early dinner and were blown away by both the service and the food. I started with the signature old fashioned cocktail and was impressed by not only the drink but also the whiskey selection available. Our server was spectacular. He was attentive and fun. His recommendations were spot on. We started with the queso fundido, which came with amazing, fresh bread. The cheese dip was an awesome parmesan, cream cheese and brie mix. We all loved it. Dad had "the best Caesar salad ever," and he's had many in his lifetime. My sister and I had the tenderloin trio. The steak was incredible and the sauces were delicious. I switched out the spinach for the crispy Brussels sprouts. The sprouts were awesome. Our favorite was the mushroom topped steak. Just wow! Great atmosphere here. We will be back. The seating options for wheelchair bound, those unable to do steps or sit in high pub chairs, appear very limited. There is a ramp entry. All the way around, this place was great. The food was excellent. I had the Cajun shrimp appetizer and Caesar wedge salad. My buddy had the risotto and loved it. Kyle, the bartender, is amazing. A fantastic variety of liquor. Tons of bourbon. Kyle made some incredible drinks. Sit and the bar and enjoy!!! Phenomenal experience! From food to service I have not 1 complaint. Waited to go to this place because I thought it'd be a wait but absolutely no wait and it was Valentine's weekend. Me and my husband went here for our anniversary thinking that it would be very romantic, intimate, & quiet. None of the above is true. The pictures of the ambiance on the website are deceiving. It was extremely loud. We had to keep repeating ourselves to each other just to have a conversation. There's no privacy. The seating and tables are all packed together in close proximity in a big open area. My husband got the pizza which he liked. I got the 16oz ribeye & garlic mashed potatoes. The potatoes were delicious. The steak was a nightmare. I asked for medium rare and received an unevenly cooked steak with zero seasoning or taste. Came in for Happy Hour cuz it's such an awesome deal and wasn't disappointed at all. Staff in the bar were quick and efficient. I ended up going with the wine that they recommended and it was good.
