We really enjoyed the atmosphere. A great place for date night. The bar vibes was friendly with both the servers and other customers. There was a feeling of being welcomed. The open terrace was a nice option for outdoor dining. The drinks were very good. They have a variety of cocktails which was nice. They made us a smoked bourbon which was delicious. We had a combination platter which was very tasty. It included a variety of meats and cheeses. It was served on a cutting board and was well presented. It made eating there fun. We will definitely go back.

Worth visiting if you don't mind an extremely long wait time.
On the outside, ECO Lounge looks just like a normal warehouse, to the point where I questioned if I had gotten to the right place.
Do not worry, and don't be fooled, it's quite beautiful and spacious on the inside.
ECO sports a beautiful environment, neatly atmospheric, and if you sit in the outside tables or the VIP, you'll have a glorious view of sundown in Cayey.
The food is excellent, as most things taste fresh and well cooked. My pesto pasta was truly delicious and worth every bite.
You can see in my images a friend's burger, which he loved as well.
Now do keep in mind that ECO is slow. We had appetizers, but each took 20 minutes to arrive. The food arrived a whopping 2 HOURS after we arrived. We ordered at 4:30, and it arrived at 6:35.
Slow doesn't even cut it 🐌
You'll have a beard by the time it arrives.
Fortunately, the appetizers and the ambiance kept us in a good mood.
That being said, the waitress was excellent and really friendly.
Prices are a little weird. Some things are nicely priced, and some are expensive. For example, if a fish filet and a chicken parmesan are both at $15, the fish is decent, the chicken is expensive.
You'll see a lot of that here. So depending on your dish, it'll be nicely priced or a bit high.
Generally, it's a great place to be in, and the only true downside is the slooooow internet-explorer speed of the food.
My recommendation is, come here if you want to relax and aren't too hungry.
Otherwise get an appetizer. A big one.

Chicken and Bacon Fettuccine Alfredo
As you go in it doesn't say much about the restaurant, parking is limited shared with other businesses in the same area. Once inside the restaurant there is a whole different story, have large space lots of tables with soacing following COVID regulations, they have a terrace with lots of tables for outside sitting. Service and food is above my expectations. The views are awesome, looking at the mountains of Cayey. Defenitly I recommend this restaurant.
