They recently made our wedding cake for 10/14/23 and did an amazing job! They were such a sweet and personable couple to work with and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work! We definitely recommend them!!!! Thank you!

I ordered a cake for my hubby's 70th birthday. I had a picture of his 68 charger put on the cake .it turned out amazing. Best cake ever. Becky even delivered it to Jimmy's restaurant were we were having a surprise breakfast party.

Hidden little gem! Delicious cakes, cookies, pastries. Beautiful creations for special occasions or for a fabulous dessert. My favorite is the lemon cake and a close second is the vanilla. Holiday breads, cakes and cookies too! Def worth a visit!

Imagine if you go into a bakery where everything looks, smells, and tastes like it's straight from the Cake Boss but instead of being in a weird Vegas or New York showroom, it's your local Santee bakery and you get perfect local down home customer service with all of the high quality you expect from a fancy crazy expensive bakery at a fraction of the price without sacrificing quality..... NO NEED TO IMAGINE!!! That is exactly what Becky and the team at Eccentric International Chefs provide and even better! They came highly recommended by other bakers in the area for my very special order and now i see why! Their cakes, cookies, and everything else I've tried (don't go near those cakes in a cup unless you're trying to start a new habit, they're too good!!!) have the best flavors and are so affordable, I am so happy I found them for my daughter's custom birthday cake! I was SAVED by the price, DAZZLED by the deliciousness and absolutely AMAZED at the wonderful customer service which was so above and beyond that this would be a 30 minute read if I told the whole story but let's just say, black red velvet rock band cakes aren't in season in February but Becky made it happen for us and I'll never be able to express my gratitude enough! Between her, the team, and a fellow customer, Santee epic legend Chuck who might just be the Saint of Santee, we had an inedible experience and will certainly be back! 10/10 highest recommendation, 5 stars, 100% shout from the rooftops, TRY THIS PLACE FIRST!!!

We did an order of cannolis for our small wedding celebration, and they were absolute perfection! A wonderful snackable size, and SO delicious!!! The gentleman we spoke with to place our order was so kind and helpful - so pleasent to work with. Will absolutely be going back!! Thank you!!

This bakery shop is now my go to for birthday celebrations. Loved the cake decorations and it was so delicious! The staff here are very helpful and friendly!

I LOVED my cake! So delicious and so beautiful! I had many compliments on it. I highly highly recommend this bakery! They were also more affordable than other bakery’s were. Thank you eccentric international chefs for the best birthday cake ever!
