Pan Pizza is my favorite but will never order from here again. My $8.49 salad was a container of brown wilted, rotten and slimy lettuce. When I called to let them know, she wanted to put a credit on my account. I politely told her no, I would like my money refunded. I was told the owner would have to issue the credit and she asked for my name and phone number and said he will have to call you. A week later and still no credit, I called to ask and she said it had been done and would take a couple days. I told her please let him know it would have been nice to have been called back, and she hung up on me!! WTH kind of customer service is that??? Anyway, no credit a week and a half later so will not go to this establishment again!!! Worst customer service ever! Too many other choices in the area.
