It has always been one of my favorite spots for breakfast when I'm in the area. Unfortunately, it seems like the quality of food and customer service has gone down. Staff was standing around while one person did everything and there was no order for customers coming in needing to order and ones who had already ordered . Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Bagels are okay. But they raised their price significantly without updating their menu price. They pretty much can charge anything they want. A regular bagel is $1.50 with cream cheese is $4.00. I can buy a block of cream cheese with that difference. Crazy! I also read a review (right before I post this *wishing I read it before I went in) from 4 months ago with someone commenting on the same issue. So the incorrect price was nothing recent. Now that I think back, I should've just walk away after I questioned about the price and not let them rob me. I would definitely NOT return.

I have had multiple bad experiences with this location since the new owners took it over. I have went back to give it a try and it's always the same. Today I specifically asked for a bagel that was fresh and warm. He said. Oh yes they are all warm. I grabbed what I ordered after I waited for the manager/owner to ring me up since he doesn't trust anyone else to use the cash register and left. Guess who's bagel was tough and ice cold? The last time I was there I watched them not use gloves and sniff the food to see if it was still good enough to put out. Don't waste your money. Go down the street.

I always like this place BUT I don’t think I will never go there again. Older gentleman, I think he is the owner, was helping me and I wanted a dozen bagels and he said 11, and 12 without putting a bagel in the bag. I said “wait that’s 11” and he said “ok, I will give you another one”. He didn’t realized I was counting. I don’t want to support a business who wants to cheat a customer. He tried to save a few cents and lost my business forever.

I love this place its Super Clean, all of there Bagels are Great, there Salads and There baked goods!! The people that work there are kind, helpful and patient

One of the worst serving experiences in my life. They made us wait 10 minutes with no help. As we were waiting, we saw them mess up 2 orders out of the 5 and left without buying food.

Good bagels but they raised the prices without updating their signage. Charged $4.75 for a bagel with cream cheese and the sign says $4.00. That is illegal in NYS... You can raise your prices but not without updating your signage!!

I have been ordering from this awesome bagel deli for many weeks now. It's by far the most enjoyable. Bagels are cooked well and tasty. Salads are delicious and the grilled chicken and the fried chicken cutlets are better than most Italian stores. They are delicious. All breakfast foods are delicious too. They are so nice, and I'm picky about my food and how I order. They care about the customer and are always willing to help please you. They work hard... everything is always fresh. They take pride and it's noticeable. I love ordering here and giving them my business. They deserve the support.

My go to spot in east northport for egg sandwiches, they just get it. Bagels are fresh and the food is good. The staff is always busting their butts to get orders out quickly. It’s a solid Deli if you’re looking for that typical Long Island breakfast / lunch. Would recommend.
