This place used to have great food but the quality has been going down in the past year after I have visited the restaurant a few times. Hopefully it gets better

Went to Broadway dysarthria and went in at 1:20pm…… was seated at 1:25 and that was last time I spoke to an employee several (4) walked past me afew times none ever acknowledged me or stoppped after fifteen (15) mins I left…… I called and talked to a manager (young kid) and told it was close to a shift change and she’d address it ending the call….. WHAT A WAY to run a business

There is no Women’s restroom. There’s a men’s room (men only, of course), and then a “family restroom” (that men can also use!)
Since it’s 2021, the establishment might want to consider evolving to a point where they no longer assume women are the primary caretakers for children. I’d also recommend that they extend the same courtesies for their female customers as they do for their male customers.
Besides the inherent sexism of this, the most frustrating part is that women’s line are always significantly longer, so I’m not sure why men were their gender of choice to award additional restroom facilities to. If anything, it should be reversed; there should be a women’s-only room plus a family bathroom to account for wait time disparities.
The men’s sign is a piece of paper taped onto the door — why wouldn’t they do the same to create an actual women’s room instead of having a men’s-only room and an “everybody”
room? Really left a bad taste for me, boldly sexist, degrading and inconsiderate.

My wife had tripped over a carpet mat at the main entrance. The carpet was curled up and wet underneath. The carpet mat was not a commercial grade. This is a violation against OSHA. The restaurant should value their customers and their safety but they choose to buy a cheap mat. Also our food was cold and we sat there over an hour to be served. I'm going to contact the State of Maine of OSHA and let them know about this isn't it. To prevent this from happening again to other people. Since they don't value their customers

I stopped in there convenience store like I often do. They have a wide selection of things to choose from and also very nice clean restrooms. The service there is also very very good and friendly and quite often times I will pick up my lottery tickets there. It is also a great place to get ethanol free gas for my snowblower in the winter time.

Our breakfast was... A bit sub optimal. The wait staff was nice, but the biscuit with gravy I got pretty chewy, and tasted off. My group didn't feel super good for a couple hours after, not food poisoning or anything, but not great.

We come here quite often in this visit we were rather surprised. They were out of many menu items. And the service was not the best that we were used to. They were out of rolls and didn't bring any rolls to us that night. There were a couple mistakes in our dinner. And they ran out of a few common staples. It was pretty disappointing, and our prior visits were not the best either. Not sure if they going through a change and staff in waiters, waitresses.
was that sad. They have a great menu with many unique items to choose from. everyone in the family will be sure to find a new favorite. Their prices are fair and the portions are great. Normally, food comes out piling over the plate nice and hot in a timely manner.

Are here today, had breakfast. Had to wait almost 30 mins to be seated. Waited longer for the food. Our waitress wasn’t very friendly and our food was cold. I asked for hot home fries since mine were cold and hard in the middle. She comes back 30 seconds later with another plate of just as cold food. I used to love dysarts but not anymore. I won’t be back

Great food for a fair price. Daily specials. Can sit large parties to just 1. Fantastic desserts. Staff always friendly day & night. Clean atmosphere.
