Had a terrible experience with customer service via email. Made me stop patronizing for a good year at least. I visit maybe once every 6 months now instead of daily. It's probably a good thing. Love the new protein drink. I had it cold blended. Also, my dog loves the free Pup cup. She knows she'll get one when I go through the drive thru and she whines till she gets it. Dutch bros coffee is one of the few places I'll buy coffee. My only complaint with them is they are usually so slow and often have long lines. I do wish they did better at managing their production line either with more automation or more staff. But I'll go out of my way to get their coffee. Updating my review- I don't know why we went back. My son ordered a raspberry frost that contained zero raspberry. Every time you go here they make you repeat your order 4 times and still manage to get it wrong. Stay away! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

BEST LOCATION. These guys are fabulous!! They fixed drinks from the very *yikes* location we just went to in Cour d'Alene. Once we got bad drinks at the other place, we stopped by this one on the off chance they would be willing to fix the situation, and they went above and beyond. This will be our regular location from now on, on our trips from Idaho to Oregon that we make. Avoid the Hanley Ave location in Court d'Alene at all costs. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
