These guys are just awesome. The service is perfect every time, I know how that sounds, I'm just as surprised as you are, but it's true. Rain, snow, shine, they are always happy to see you and give you a very good coffee. Vastly better than other over-roasted chain coffee plus better service? Win win! I love getting the Fire Lizard as either a rebel (energy drink) or with black tea. The menu is great at Dutch Bros. Recently, I visited this one for the first time and the line was unreasonablely long. Staffing issues are tough sure, but I think part of the problem was the guy taking orders was being super chatty (flirty) with customers and not moving with any urgency. There are two drivethroughs and when I pulled forward into empty space, the guy lectured me about not moving until he waved me forward. It wasn't a safety issue; he said it messed up his system. With a line out blocking the street, his system clearly wasn't working. It seemed to me that the staff member was flirty and friendly with young women in the drive through, but service with a smile evaluated as soon as it was a guy trying to order. Great coffee, but don't stop if you're in a hurry. We were in line for 10 minutes while 2 cars had a reunion with workers , talking and carrying on, we had to interrupt and ask them to move so we could get moving again. Staff is always fantastic but they constantly mess up on our drinks. It’s not we order anything complicated. If we ask for cold, they’ll make hot. Or I’ll ask for oat milk and I’ll get regular milk. What they do the most is they give us a different size drink than we asked for. It can be very frustrating. All I want is my medium iced oat milk latte. That’s it. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is by far my favorite Dutch Bros stand in Colorado. The employees are super friendly and they always get my drink right. They are even more amazing with my kids, to the point where my girls want me to roll down the windows to chat with them. You guys are AMAZING and should be so proud of what a good job you do. Super friendly and personable. I had dental work and they handled an extremely entitled lady with the most grace I've seen. They even kept their friendly attitudes and smiles. I love how they always keep it moving not only with their service but their attitudes. Round of applause to each of them! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Both times I’ve come through recently, the “broista” has skipped over my car and I’ve had to order at the window. I tried to stop the guy as he was headed back in and let him know (I’m not quiet) and he blatantly ignored me and walked back inside. The person at the window seemed somewhat apologetic, but the person who had taken the orders did not acknowledge us at all. IDK if it’s just holiday stress or what but it seems odd to have been skipped 2x in a row now. Service: 1

Great drinks and great staff! My complaint is they won't take a personal cup. I don't see how that's dangerous in any way or how it's different than taking a credit card. This dutch bros almost never misses and they definitely have THE NICEST staff. Great coffee's, local pastry's, and better pricing than other places! I recommend downloading their app too because they rack up points way quicker than other places with other fun free stuff all the time. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I went through the drive thru this morning, as I usually do. Everything was great til I went to pay, I paid with cash and this is the 3rd time it's happened, I pay, they give me my change and it's wrong. I actually told the girl today that my change shouldn't be just 6.55, I gave her a 20 and my drink was like 6.85.... she told me no, my change was 6.55 and that was that. I'm done going. I've let it go before but to be told I was wrong....I'm not sure how she does math but 20-6.85 is not 6.55..... Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
