This review is specific to the DD at 17031 W Bell Rd Surprise, Arizona. I LOVED this DD for years and it pains me to leave this review, but it is necessary. I'm a daily DD customer and this location has always been great. They always remembered each daily customer's orders and names and were courtesy and pleasant, joking and fun, courteous and genuine - up to a few months ago and everything changed. The staff changed and I'm assuming management because everything became rather rude and robotic almost overnight. Like the new staff and management hates their jobs and are just going through the motions. The entire feel of the place switched from pleasant to aggressive and factory rudeness. It pains me because I loved the people and service here for years. I now have to drive to the other DD in Surprise to get pleasant service. Sad. Hopefully it changes. I'm a hard core dunkin fan. Always have been. But it's gone way down hill in the past couple months. The service is incredibly slow with zero urgency to keep the flow of orders going. We've tried ordering 20mins ahead of time, drive thru or walk in and every scenario had us waiting 15+ minutes while we pester the employees. I don't want to have to he that annoying guy that seems rude but it's like they forget what their doing and need reminders to make the dang drink. Get it together. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Whoever was on the drive thru was super rude. We ask for the make it your own coffees she proceeded to say “you don’t ask for it that way just say coffee” like okay you clearly understood what we were trying to say you don’t have to educate us on how to say something? Then we go to order donuts and we ask “do you have all your donuts in stock?” she says “yes” and then we say the donuts we say we want 2 of each flavor and one of the flavors were jelly, which she proceeds to say there isn’t any jelly donuts. Like if your tired because your busy I understand, I used to work in service work. But she made me and my boyfriend feel stupid. I wouldn’t go again Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The girl behind the counter on Sunday night 2/4/2024 is the worst!!!!! She Was having side conversations the whole time I was trying to order and was extremely unprofessional. Prices were average for a Dunkin But I am really disappointed in the coffee and matcha latte being half foam and the other half being a quarter ice. So I paid for a large cappuccino and got less than a small. Paid for a small matcha latte and got 4 swallows. Now let's talk filled donuts. I bought a chocolate filled and there was about a teaspoon of chocolate. So very disappointed in this place. My experience here is usually ok. Today I noticed flies in the donut case 😳 The response I got was "There's nothing we can do about it". I then asked for a supervisor who quickly started taking care of it. Thank you for listening to me. The young people there need to be trained on customer service skills. This has got to be, by FAR, the slowest drive thru that I've experienced in my entire life. It's unbelievable! I've been 4 cars back from the speaker and finally had my items 40 minutes later. It's not uncommon to see people in line leave as they've been waiting an incredibly long time. If you're on a schedule, good luck making it where you need to go in time!

I went through the the drive thru and ordered 1sausage egg and cheese croissant, 1 hash brown, 2 donuts and a Caramel iced coffee with almond milk. I asked the lady that was working the winding if the coffee was made with almond because it looked like it had a lot of cream. She reassured me that it was made with almond milk and she’ll make another one and I said no thanks it’s ok, however she went out of her way to make me another one anyway. Her customer service was amazing and I appreciate her going above and beyond. I didn’t get a chance get her name however the ticket on my bag said Katherine.
