Yesterday I visited Dunkin. The drinks and food I ordered were great! No problems there. I had to go to the bathroom while waiting for my order. Let me just say it was very nasty. Made me worry about cleanliness in the rest of the shop. Over following garbage, water all over the floor, huge odd puddle of (hopefully) soap. Every time we go to this Dunkin’’ Donuts it’s always some type of delay some type of issues some type of problem that happens to occur whether we’re the first in line or 10 cars back. this is absolutely unacceptable when giving service. I added photos to prove what kind of service I get Not to mention the attitude that comes from every employee that I’ve ever encounter.

Bring Shavon back! she was 1 of the Best drink makers they got on 1st shift. I've seen 3 of them now٫ Instead of restocking their liquid cane sugar & swirls٫ they open the bottle & just dump it into the coffees. Which then you dont know if you're putting the correct measurements٫ too much or Not enough!! My drink tastes different every single time I get it on 1st shift & I've been ordering same coffee for over a week year. Only time the taste has consistency & is properly made is if the boy with dreads٫ the young Indian man with a small beard & glasses (sorry if I got the ethnic wrong) or Shavon makes it!
