No matter how many times I go here, these employees just can't GET IT RIGHT! IF I WANT 6 CARAMEL SWIRL IN MY LATTÉ THAN IT SHOULD TASTE LIKE CARAMEL! NOT STRAIGHT WATERED DOWN COFFEE! Of course I could t go back as I got it delivered to me at work. It says on the ticket 6 CARAMEL SWIRL and well I don't taste any caramel at all! And I paid $5.69 plus a 3.99 delivery fee on top of a tip to the driver. Not the drivers fault as they cannot taste test your coffee! Hire people who can follow directions in a fast paced place if your busy or people that can read the damn ticket! This is so frustrating cause I NEED my Coffee but it taste HORRIBLE AND I WONT DRINK IT! WASTE OF EXTRA MONEY THATS FOR SURE! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It's typical. Kinda dirty though. I just ran in and out. The service was OK. The workers were enjoying their day, not rude. Gave me my donuts and went on about their conversation. I've got nothing really bad to say, nothing really good. it's a convenient location. Just could spruce up a bit. Waited 10 minutes for the lady to come back inside from smoking. She then proceeded to start ti handle the food without washing her hands. Nasty so I left empty handed. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

It's been a while since I've been to this location. It used to be the best one in the area- now I ordered two coffees and they gave me one. Not only that they had two chances to make that ONE coffee correctly to either, and they couldn't even handle that. Man in the window was incredibly rude to me when I asked him about the second coffee. The woman over the speaker sounded like she just couldn't care less while also rushing me through my order ( there was one single car behind me and one single car in front of me ) Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

A terrible location. Was there today, and waited about 7 minutes to be even waited on. The staff were all on their phones and not even concerned about the customer. This isn't the first time this has happened here, more of the norm rather than the exception. Not to mention the four language they use. The f word is used in every other sentence. These people should not be dealing with the public. I guess this is what the world has come to, hire any warm ,body, if it is the bottom of the barrel

while ordering at Dunkin the conversation with my tween daughter was popi in school everyone tells me that I say thank you and your welcome to much. Traveling back home, stopped in this DD and noticed 2 customers complaining. I should've walked away then, but I ordered breakfast and coffees anyway. After 10 min, I was STILL WAITING. When I asked about the rest of my order, she said "my bad" and another person tossed my remaining order in a bag and walked away. Frustrated that they were so unprofessional, I complained & his suggestion was...I should return my order and leave! After waiting 15+ min for a simple order, I SHOULD RETURN IT? These young ppl have no respect for the ppl that patronize their location! It's sad that no one respects customer service enough to do better! I NOW understand how employees can get verbally attacked and assaulted & I have no empathy for them at this point! If Corporate doesn't train/teach them to do better, they will NEVER be treated w/respect by PAYING customers! They'll be treated exactly how they deserve to be treated when they don't take pride in their job and lack professionalism! No apologies, no respect & we're the ones keeping them in business! They were just a bunch of lazy gossiping young adults that caused their own problems bc they're too busy talking about their weekend activities to care about the customers standing in line! Officially given up on the location. Cold, hard food every time but to top it off-my hot latte that I waited over 7 minutes for was cold like it had been in the refrigerator??? Of course you typically stop there en route to somewhere more important so I couldn’t turn around. Just spare yourself & stop at any other location nearby
