Many people find that you can try perfectly cooked doughnuts here. Clients don't highly appreciate iced coffee at this restaurant. The staff is said to be nice here. A number of guests mention that the service is fast. But Dunkin' is not highly estimated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

I go to this dunkin almost everyday. I was told my whole order was complete and even left a tip. I left and realized I was missing 3 items. I went back and they told me they were were out and that’s why they didn’t give it to me. I got two other things and a 3 dollar refund but i should have been told initially. I got home and my sandwich looked like this. Very upset I go to this dunkin atleast twice a week and leave a tip everytime. I work in customer service and understand but this is really just ridiculous. Wont be back

I ordered a coffee with almond milk but, when I received my order I noticed it was much lighter than usual and asked if they used almond milk to which I got “I didn’t make it” but the person who made it was right behind the lady at the window. They refused to remake it, now I can’t drink my 6 dollar coffee. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I like to order ahead on the app so I don’t have to wait. Food is always fine, coffee is always wrong. Way too much milk/cream, I specified caramel swirl in my iced coffee and got the unsweetened shot once, got the swirl this time but barely any and I had to have them top off the cup since there was a good inch gap. I apologized, complimented her after she accepted my request for a top off and still got a ton of attitude. Gave them this second chance but not worth a third.

This DD was my favorite to go to for a while but the new staff is falling under the pressure of a fast-paced DD. They either mess up your order and refuse to give you a refund/fix it, or you are waiting for 20 minutes anyway because they haven't been properly trained how to make a regular ice coffee. If they do fix your order, you're just going to wait another 15 minutes and get served with attitude. Management, train your team better and don't throw them into busy work shifts if they can't handle it.

I ordered a half dozen donuts and was waited on by a very kind, knowledgeable young gentleman by the name of Wilfredo. Great employee attitude and worker!!!! Only disappointment I had was the donuts themselves; hardly any filling at all. Donuts where fresh but nothing inside, one little biteful of filling, more donut than filling. I always try to order in advance and when I show up to the drive thru I must say that the employees are the most friendliest and cheerful I've seen at any Dunkin. I always give cresit when it's due. Keep up the good work! Service Take out Meal type Brunch Price per person $1–10

Occasionally ordered food/drinks from this location. On Today's visit, I ordered an espresso shot, (specifically 1 shot) as a to-go beverage on it's own. Having had espresso shots at various Dunkin' locations, I didn't think much of this shot except for the fact that I had received 2 shots at once. While some may appreciate generosity on the location's part in extra caffeine, my body does not respond well to caffeine of this quantity, as I used to overdose on 400mg+ caffeine doses. As a caffeine moderate drinker, two espresso shots at once caused me to become sick to my stomach, and even vomit post-drink. I am disappointed in my purchase, and I advise everyone to inspect their goods/drinks and make sure the staff pay close attention to what you want.

Every time I receive courteous and great service. Most time my coffee is ready by the time I get up to the counter. When I order food it made with LOVE. All the workers are great and treat everyone like family. I love this Dunkin’

At one time this location was one of the best Dunkin Donuts I had ever dealt with and now within the last 3 years is has slowly become the worst run Dunkin Donuts in the area. Its a shame they couldn't keep the old crew that were polite, courteous , and realized it was about customer service. This new "younger" more recent crew gives the impression that working at Dunkin Donuts is the last place they want to be and that I should be happy I get my coffee. Its pretty sad

This Dunkin is great! By far the friendliest staff of any other ones I have been to. They always make sure my coffee is correct! I have to give credit to the two blondes (short girl and tall boy) since they are just awesome! I will keep coming everyday :)!
