I ordered a frozen coffee with an extra shot of espresso. I told you it tasted sour and not sweet. You told me it was because I ordered it with an extra shot. I told you yeah but it's not sweet and its supposed to be sweet. You said the same thing blaming the shot I ordered. I left not wanting to argue anymore. If you go on the dunkin website, frozen coffees do in fact have sugar content through the sugar cane pumps. So no it was not the shot I ordered. I would have called to tell you but you don't have a phone number listed, so I've now done so with a review. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Fantastic place. Love the ordering online. Always ready when I show up. Great little parking lot but could use some paving, not their responsibility cause it's a strip mall. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I placed a mobile order from the parking lot of Walmart and immediately headed to the store. It took me less than 5 minutes. My hot drink was lukewarm. I had ordered no whipped cream and it seemed like whipped cream had been added. When I brought it to the attention of the workers I was told it was the foam for the drink. That does not explain the lukewarm drink. The girl remade it, not happily I might add. She wouldn't even hand me the drink or put it in a spot I could get it easily when she was done. The Dunkin is really good. The outside of this mall needs a major overall. The parking lot is riddled with pot holes. Their sidewalks need to be demoed and repoured with concrete. I went over the 15 minute parking rule because it took 20 minutes to get an espresso. The new renovation looks great, but they only have one person working the counter that has to serve the customers in the store and the orders that come through the app. 3 people on line before me bailed because the person behind the counter didn't even acknowledge anyone on line because they were engaged with filling the online orders first. So much for coffee and coversation.
