Feels like a bold move to have a giant tip jar resting in the drive through window and then give absolutely horrible service. The man in the window didn’t even look at me, just stuck his hand out wordlessly for my card. No thank you or have a great day, just a drink shoved into my hand. Stopped in this morning to order some donuts and bagel bites. Half the donuts we ordered from the kiosk (only way to order) were not available so we made alternate selections. A good number of the donuts were also not fresh—likely a day or so old. The bagel bite order was mixed up and given to another customer. All around not impressed with this location. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered 3 coffee and 1 frozen chocolate. None were made correctly. The stickers had the right info but none tasted right. Had to toss the frozen chocolate about 1/4 of the way into it because it wasn't blended correctly and it was flavorless ice. Won't be back to this location. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I loved this dunkin. We’ve been regulars for 9 months and come every day. My and everyone else’s favorite employee was recently fired. the hospitality that was previously enjoyed is now gone. The need to come here everyday from me and all of my friends morgan rylan libby kylie josie mckenna hayden anna sophia lexi emma, we come everyday during our lunch break at school. it’s very upsetting to say we will no longer be able to visit this dunkin. in your eyes you only lost an employee but in reality you’ve lost a very loyal group of customers. So disappointed in our experience this morning. The lady taking our order was annoyed that we wanted to pick what 6 donuts we wanted for our 6- pack, she suggested it was just a variety pack of their choosing. Does Dunkin no longer let you choose the donuts you want for your 6-pack? And the donuts we got were Not fresh at all. There is no way they were made that morning. The glaze on my husband’s was all melted away, and they tried to tell my husband the chocolate cake was a chocolate glaze. They honestly were so gross I didn’t even eat mine and my husband is going else where to get us more. Last 2 times we’ve gone has been disappointing. Not sure if and when we plan to give them another try. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Your average Dunkin’. Nice restaurant with a new feel but there is no indoor seating which can ruin the feel of the shop. Still a four star restaurant. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

This has got to be the best Dunkin I've gone too. The food is always fresh, coffee is always delicious, and service is always on point. What I like about this Dunkin is that it's consistent. I love Dunkin, but this location is set up horribly. You go inside and you’re forced to order on screen. You ask for someone inside to help because you’d like to order through a real human… they direct you back to the screen and say they can’t help you, but you’re welcome to go through the drive-through. So much for neighborhood coffee shop experience.
