I walked in there today and said please make sure my chorizo wrap is cooked all the way through since it has not been the prior four times. I don’t know what possessed me not to check it but once I got home, I realized it’s barely cooked at all. It’s literally cold to the touch. I’m all for people making mistakes, but when your job is to serve the public with food. I would think the least you could do is make sure the food is thoroughly. I tried to call and speak with a manager, but of course nobody answers, and the voicemail box is full. I do not recommend this location. The team here just got it done. The food was delicious, the coffee was hot, the order was quick, and they were very friendly. This may very well be the best Dunkin in the area. I’ve been coming here for years and they’ve never let me down. They gave my online order to a different person, refused to apologize for the mistake, and also refused to remake the order (that they gave to the wrong person). Lesson learned: spending your time and money here is a mistake. Especially when there’s literally another Dunkin a few blocks down the road and several other better coffee/breakfast options in town. Would recommend going anywhere but here. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I’ve had multiple horrible experiences at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The employees are very very rude. Most of the employees won’t even reach out the drive-up window to hand me my food. I practically have to be falling out of my car window to get my food from them. They are overpriced. The coffee is not good. The employees are not polite. On multiple occasions they forgot to put food in my order on top of messing up which donut I ordered. I wouldn't be so mad if I didn't have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru line just to get the wrong order Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

AVOID this DD!! I paid almost 7 dollars for a “large” matcha latte with almond milk. I removed the enormous amount of ice they filled the cup with and this is what’s left… will never return. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Doesn't the owner watch any of review? No staff is working here. I was standing in front of desk for 5 min and all the staffs are doing their phone.
