Absolutely horrible service and the women working the drive through is extremely rude. She refused to give me her name and told me I could report her to anyone I wanted to and she didn’t care. I was charged and given the incorrect food and treated as if I did something wrong. She asked me my order twice and each time with a nastier attitude. The manager took care of my refund when I went inside but I will never return to this location due to being treated poorly for something I didn’t do and then blamed for it. Plenty of other breakfast choices in the area. I left my free food to be thrown in the trash where it belongs. The service was terrible. The person taking my order barely some English. I had to get my OJ from a fridge and bring it back to the cashier to have it scanned (that took a couple of minutes to understand because of the language barrier). I got a bacon, egg & cheese English Muffin. The muffin was not toasted and the cheese was not melted. Not going back again! Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The donut they serve me is a leftover donut. It’s dry, hard and can’t be eaten. Waste of $15 for a dozen. Going to trash. Don’t recommend this location. Obviously the heart shape donut is leftover of valentine, which is 4 days ago!Very disappointed Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Recently shopped on a Sunday evening, and the assistant store manager was simply nasty, unkind, and disrespectful. She was an African-American lady fairly young, and I am probably old enough for her mother and I wanted to model for her kindness. After all it’s free. Instead, she refused to serve me. What’s sad is that the other young lady who was behind her was helpless. I did report this to the store manager, but this is not a place that I would ever shop again. If I could tell u how gross this place feels. The lack of respect and the fact I have ordered same thing for yrs and everytime I end up at this location the lady making food screws up my order everytime. Seems like she needs to be trained on how to read and monitor and be told to keep her tongue in her mouth. it's extremely gross to see that. Also the staff is very rude the young man at the drive thru is great but all the other staff seem to not know how to greet ppl or multi task. I wait for 5 mins to order inside and I'm just stared at while they wipe off counter and wak around aimlessly. This location make this nice area feel very run down and rude. The donuts were fresh, tasty, and priced right. BUT, as I walked in, I got a nasty look of disgust from the girl behind the counter. I start to order and she turns around and starts doin something else, ignoring me. A man came in and she took his order. I even got shrugged off by the owners when I asked what was going on. Finally she looks at me and says “what do you want?” The discrimination is obvious since the one who walked in and ordered past me was like her but not me(cultural difference). The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Dunkin. No one smiles, no saying hello or thank you. They look at you strange when you walk in. Worst customer service I have experienced. They just throw my food together. The lady and guy playing and laughing and half way making my order.
