Man I come to this one ALL the time like daily. I’m tired of my bagels being burnt to the point of not being able to eat it (it almost broke my tooth) and the iced latte tasting like straight milk. Food was good , timely too. However the young lady working the speaker and bringing food to the vehicles in the lot. What a horrible attitude and poor customer service skills or none at all. I placed a mobile order and drove up to the drive thru. At the speaker box I was told to proceed to the window. I waited at the window for 8+ minutes. I honked my horn to get someone’s attention. I was the only one in the drive they and he didn’t know my order. My coffee was not hot when I received it. Very disappointing Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Coffee is very watered down now. I don’t know what’s happened over the last year but they have went down hill from the quality to the service. I used to frequent this location daily but the coffee, iced coffee, and cold brew has started tasting very watery. It tastes like water and cream. I will not be returning to this location. Very clean Dunkin’ Donuts run well by the owner. There is usually a large variety of donuts available hot, fresh and tasty. Friendly staff who work rapidly to get the orders done. Recommend Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

I am not sure what is going on with this location but in the past week I have had multiple bad experiences, but today I will share. I walked into the store front today and ordered two coffees and ask for one dark roast in which I ordered the day before. The young woman replied "What!, dark roast, what is that?" To which I replied "Its coffee and I just ordered it yesterday." I decided to just tell her to give me their regular and proceed with my order that included muffin, non toasted bagels with cream cheese, and three breakfast sandwiches. I spent over $27 on breakfast. When I get home I see that one of my sandwiches are burnt and one bagel is toasted. So I called and spoke to the manager Jose and after telling him what happened and that my sandwich was burnt he replied and said "We never get complaints, but I will take it back. Next time have pictures." I responded telling him " I didn't eat it and I have pics and I will bring it back for a coupon because I am not coming back to your location" What annoys me the most is that on another morning I had a big order I got the same foolishness and his response was the same..he replied that time telling me that the staff were good people and never had any complaints. For month I have not only come to this location but purchased drinks for others in the drive through and praised staff for being courteous. I believe that when you get good service you should hear about it just like the bad. I will not be returning to this location!

Good clean location. Love the Dunkin’ Donuts coffee so come here. It’s a lot cheaper than Starbucks for sure. The customer service at this location is a hit or miss. Sometimes the person is really rude. But generally there isn’t a long wait. Would recommend

Horrible customer service. I tried to use my points and couldn't figure out how, guy at the counter basically said he can't touch my phone.... no one was asking him to touch my phone just to show me how to use the points. My app still took my points but I still had to pay for my food. The sandwiches were probably the worst no flavor croissants I've ever had from dunkin. He was more worried about his line than helping me because he told me listen my line is getting big. There were only two people behind me. Coffee also tasted watered down. I just left their after mobile ordering a wrap, some bagel bites two coffees and some k cups. Was told they didnt have the wraps so I got it exchanged for another option. I was not given the k cups. When I ask for the k cups the employee said "I don't know what those are" and those didnt show up on your order. Which to me is a contradiction, but I didnt have time to argue so I left.
