The whole order was messed up from the two coffees to the sandwiches There where 5 employees it's Sunday at 713am and no one knew what they were doing!! Then they had my husband's card put to the side Then I asked for the receipt she didn't want to give it. Also she handed us our sugar packets n told us to put our OWN SUGAR in our coffee. Green hair I don't care I guess. Quick service even though there was a line. The woman behind the counter kept things moving. Very upbeat attitude. Their coffee was delicious as always. My son got the chicken wrap and the deluxe hash browns and loved them. We also brought home a dozen donuts which were very fresh. Highly recommend. Normally with fast food is hard to give someone a five star review. This location is the only location in my entire area that I can trust will include all of my items I ordered and my straw every time. Thanks for keeping the quality of service high guys! The manager "Kat" was so rude. I ordered a coffee and realized I also wanted a bagel added to the order. At this time I hadn't paid yet and I was about when she very rudely and in a very nasty tone yelled at her employee to tell me to go around and to not add anything to the order if I really wanted a bagel with cream cheese. This upset me so I paid for my coffee and went to the dunkin down the street. I will not be coming back to this rude dunkin with a manager that is as rude and disgusting as her. Luckily the employee was nice and I didn't push her to add it since I didn't want her to get reprimanded. I would like to add to this review, I just found it's policy from the dunkin down the road but the line behind me was empty and she was very rude regardless. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst dunkin ever ! Always have problems. They hide at 10:00 all night and pretend Noones there so they don't have to work, I even asked the valerios worker they even said they are there and ignoring customers. When is this place going to get better. Today I went and the worker would not give me his name he's young skinny lightskined male and very disrespectful asking me the same coffee I said over and over which he did not comprehend. This location has a great staff! They are efficient and quick. Rita does a great job keeping the place running well. If you visit Dunkin frequently I suggest you come to this location! Not sure why all the hate in all the reviews, it really made me think twice about going there. I think those bad reviews are done intentionally by a bunch of kids who did not like the order and are in denial jajaaj. I went twice there at 2am and at 11am at different days and the service was standard . The kiosk service actually made the order to go pretty quickly .I ordered in both times Light medium coffee, sausage egg and cheese on multigrain bagel, and hash brown . The ladies (and gentlemen) are so friendly and nice at this location, this is the only location that I attend to get my coffee right everytime. Heather is always prompt and listening ahead during the order and is quick. Rita is always prompt and friendly to myself and my kids.
